The YMI CPD Fund 2023 is now accepting applications! Managed by the Scottish Music Centre on behalf of the Youth Music Initiative, this fund is designed to support both individuals and organisations that conduct out-of-school music projects with children and young people.
Backed by the Scottish Government’s Youth Music Initiative through Creative Scotland, the mission is to support those who are committed to strengthening youth music in Scotland, providing benefits for young people through training and continuing professional development.
If you’re a music freelancer or part of an organisation that interacts with young people both inside and outside school settings, you may be eligible to apply.
