Scottish Government Information on Help with Business Rates
Greater clarification has now been provided on the business (non-domestic) rates relief (discounts) offered by the Scottish Government. Music businesses are listed in the Leisure category covered by the scheme, which includes arts centres, cinemas, music venues, studios, live music venues and theatres.

Scottish Government Replaces £320M Financial Package with £2.2Bn for Business
On Wednesday 18 March Fiona Hyslop, Cabinet Secretary for Economy, Fair Work and Culture in the Scottish Government, announced a financial support package for businesses in Scotland worth £2.2Bn.
