Location: Big Noise Torry, Aberdeen
Hours: Up to 9 hours/week during term time and 10 hours/week during school holidays
Salary: £23,903 – £25,597 per annum, pro-rata (£13.13 per hour)
Sistema Scotland is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for their Big Noise Torry programme in Aberdeen. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to social change and child development through music, working within a team that delivers transformative after-school and holiday programmes.
As a Support Worker, you will assist in delivering Big Noise Torry’s after-school programme four days a week during term time and a holiday school during Easter, summer, and October holidays. Key responsibilities include supporting the delivery team, participating in sessions, engaging with children, and building strong relationships with families to help them achieve their full potential.
