EmuBands is on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join their Artist Relations & Marketing team. The role places emphasis on providing exceptional customer support, giving release strategy advice, and assisting in the company’s marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for both prospective and existing customers including artists, labels, managers, and brands.
- Offer top-tier customer support, specifically regarding digital music distribution services.
- Share insights and advice on the broader music industry.
- Contribute to the company’s marketing goals and support assigned artists & labels.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in customer support and understanding of digital music distribution.
- Familiarity with the music industry and ability to provide release strategy advice.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Experience in marketing, ideally in the music sector, would be advantageous.
