NYCOS are recruiting for an enthusiastic and committed individual to oversee the smooth running of NYCOS Edinburgh Junior Choirs, which meets once a week during term time. They should have enthusiasm for, and commitment to, the aims of NYCOS, promoting and enhancing choral singing in Scotland.
The local coordinator of a NYCOS Regional Choir is responsible for ensuring all necessary local organisational support for their choir is in place, working alongside the Choir Director and NYCOS Regional Choirs Producer.
The post holder must be available to attend weekly rehearsals on Wednesday evenings.
This position is subject to PVG check.
Appointment details: 8 hours per week, including 3-4 hours at Regional Choir rehearsal once per week for 30 weeks per annum, plus concerts
Salary: £10.42 per hour
