Academy of Music and Sound present free online Hip-Hop Workshop with Steg G

Join the Academy of Music and Sound (AMS) for a free online hip-hop and rap workshop on 3rd May with local Scottish rapper and academic Steg G.

Gain an introduction into hip-hop and studying at AMS Edinburgh or Glasgow at this upcoming one-off Hip-Hop and Rap Workshop. The 2 hour session acts as an introduction to the AMS Hip-Hop and Rap course pathway, part of the Academy of Music and Sound’s accredited HNC/HNC qualification. Attendees will learn some basic hip-hop, rap and beat-making skills, and an understanding of the history and importance of studying hip-hop.

Attendees will be able to ask questions and get a run down on what the rest of the HNC/HND course entails. You will also have the chance to ask general questions about studying at AMS and learn about the courses on offer, in particularly the HNC/HND qualification where students get the chance to focus on hip-hop and rap as a specialist subject.
