SMIA Workshops: Creating Engaging Online Content for Music Projects

As part of the SMIA’s innovation-led development programme, designed to help nurture business talent and build infrastructure in Scotland’s music industry, we will be hosting our first free entry workshop of the year on Creating Engaging Online Content for Music Projects at citizenM (Screening Room) in Glasgow, taking place on Monday 28th January from 10am – 1pm.

About the Workshop

Created by music fans, for music fans in the heart of Glasgow, TENEMENT TV is Scotland’s well-loved music platform featuring video content, news, reviews, photography and beyond as well as a multi-venue music festival, TENEMENT TRAIL that’s seen headliners including The Cribs and The Temperance Movement play in recent years as well as artists like Lewis CapaldiSam FenderYonaka and The Amazons – all on the lips of the industry worldwide.

From original live sessions filmed in churches, on boats and the classic edition at that west end bay window, to creative investigative journalism and remaining true tastemakers in new music uncovering and discovering the most exciting talent in the fruitful scene, TENEMENT TV are a well-loved, trusted and admired source of new music.

Working with artists including Catfish and the Bottlemen, Bastille, and Hozier on the cusp of their explosion on the scene over the years, TTV are experts at trend-forecasting and creating engaging content that transcends genres.

In 2019, TTV will announce incredible plans that are set to elevate their support of new music further afield, whilst continuing their dedication to creating original and bespoke content for their growing and engaged audience.
