OPPORTUNITY: TICKETMASTER CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGER

Location: Glasgow
Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

 

Ticketmaster is seeking a Client Account Manager in Glasgow to handle a variety of accounts, provide customer and business-focused solutions, and promote high customer service standards. The role will be critical in achieving the operational, financial, and business objectives of the Company.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships, support venues, and resolve queries.
  • Monitor and control ticket inventory to maximize retail potential.
  • Plan and manage event day box offices and ensure accurate event-related information.
  • Collaborate with departments within the Company.
  • Comply with Company policies and ensure a clean, safe working environment.
  • Represent the Company at functions, events, and PR visits.
  • Other relevant duties as directed by your immediate Line Manager or a Director of the Company.

 

Must have:

  • Proven experience in the Ticketing Industry.
  • IT literate – Windows Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • A proactive nature, flexible approach to work, and ability to use self-initiative.
