Ticketmaster is seeking a Client Account Manager in Glasgow to handle a variety of accounts, provide customer and business-focused solutions, and promote high customer service standards. The role will be critical in achieving the operational, financial, and business objectives of the Company.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships, support venues, and resolve queries.
- Monitor and control ticket inventory to maximize retail potential.
- Plan and manage event day box offices and ensure accurate event-related information.
- Collaborate with departments within the Company.
- Comply with Company policies and ensure a clean, safe working environment.
- Represent the Company at functions, events, and PR visits.
- Other relevant duties as directed by your immediate Line Manager or a Director of the Company.
Must have:
- Proven experience in the Ticketing Industry.
- IT literate – Windows Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent communication and customer care skills.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive nature, flexible approach to work, and ability to use self-initiative.
