The Ivors Academy and Sound and Music have joined forces in order to better understand and evaluate the dramatic impact that the pandemic has and continues to have on the music industry.
The organisations want to gain a comprehensive picture of the ramifications on composers’ and songwriters’ livelihoods, their creative outputs and future prospects – in order to provide tailored support, to raise awareness, lobby for a change in policy, and ensure that all creators are being heard in these incredibly challenging times. The responses captured will be used anonymously.
