Apply to the Freelance Creatives Practice Support Fund

Edinburgh Performing Arts Development (EPAD) and Creative Edinburgh have opened the second round of applications for their Practice Support Fund for freelance artists, technicians and creatives working in Edinburgh’s creative industries.

The purpose of the Practice Support Fund is to provide money that goes directly to supporting artists, technicians and creatives to sustain their practice in practical ways. This could include purchasing equipment, hiring a studio space, receiving payment to research and write a funding application, or covering caring costs whilst working.

Anyone working professionally as a freelancer within the arts and creative industries and living in the City of Edinburgh Council area is eligible to apply for a small grant of up to £500.

Applications for the second round of applications are open now and close on 22nd February 2021.
