We will be hosting a Crowdfunding Workshop at Glasgow’s The Old Hairdressers on October 30th from 14:00pm – 17:00pm with Gillian Caughey. Gillian is the founder of Fearless Financials, a Glasgow based accountancy practice focused on helping creative businesses, social enterprises and charities use their numbers to thrive.
Money is a precious commodity no matter what stage your business is at. It provides security, ability to grow and freedom to experiment. Learning how to predict what will happen to your cash and then monitor what is actually happening to it is a core business skill. Especially since running out of cash is a key business killer.
This introductory workshop will enable you to understand what a cashflow forecast is, how to develop a forecast for the next year and why it is important to monitor your progress against it on a regular basis. We will look at identifying where your business is financially; what you need personally from your business and how to incorporate your business goals into the forecast.
Whether you are just starting up and want to develop good habits; need to know what funding you need for the next step in your growth; or want to improve the sustainability of your business then join us at this practical, straight talking workshop.
Each of our workshops is free entry. RSVP is essential and spaces are limited.
We look forward to seeing you there!
