Scottish Ballet are seeking a Membership & CRM Officer to contribute to the delivery of Scottish Ballet’s CRM strategy, developing our Membership proposition for audiences across Scotland and globally.
In a nutshell, this role is best suited to someone who has:
Exceptional communication skills, in a range of media;
Excellent IT skills, including Adobe creative suite, Windows-based packages, Outlook and Excel;
Experience of using a CRM database, email service provider and a website CMS;
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics including email marketing, SEO, paid social and search.
