Job Opportunity: HR Administrator (Temporary) with Sistema Scotland

Sistema Scotland is seeking to recruit a Temporary HR Administrator to join our central team based in Raploch, Stirling. This temporary post is offered on a hybrid working basis, between our office base in Raploch, Stirling and home working (pattern to be agreed with line manager).

 

You will support the HR and OD Team at Sistema Scotland in the delivery of a comprehensive Human Resources service at all levels within the organisation, enhancing Sistema Scotland’s ability to deliver its objectives.

You will be an experienced administrator, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, the ability to manage a high pressure workload and excellent communication skills. You will have first class IT skills, with demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Office, in particular MS Word and Excel as well as experience of working with databases.

This is a temporary post for a period of one year, working 4 days a week, ideally Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
