Creative Scotland is again supporting 5 fully funded places on Common Purpose’s Spring 2022 programmes for Senior and Emerging Leaders living and working in Scotland within a cultural discipline supported by Creative Scotland.

Common Purpose have two online programmes – one for Senior leaders and one for Emerging leaders. Both programmes are successful in helping to develop leaders at a local level and create connections across the UK and globally.

Both programmes will help participants become better leaders, and include the following:
– real-time engagement with experienced facilitators,
– inspirational contributors and a diverse cross-sector peer group
– global leadership modules with an international cohort
– locally-focused sessions, rooted in a city or region, with local peers
– translate – our post-programme events to help embed and reflect on learning

The course came at a great time for me and my organisation, Sculpture Placement Group, as we are growing rapidly and are about to hire several new roles that I will be responsible for. I feel much more equipped having benefitted from the Common Purpose Leadership programme.
