The CEEAC Committee are seeking your views on the impact of budgetary decisions including the Resource Spending Review on the culture sector in Scotland, including the creative industries.
The CEEAC Committee has agreed to focus primarily on the culture spending portfolio in its pre-budget scrutiny throughout Session 6. This Inquiry is a follow-up on the Committee’s previous pre-budget scrutiny work on Funding for Culture. The Committee wants to hear from individuals, groups and businesses operating in this area. These views help the Committee to make recommendations to the Scottish Government ahead of its budget.
Ahead of next year’s Scottish Government Budget (Budget 2023-24), the Committee wants to hear your views on the impact of budgetary decisions including the Resource Spending Review on the culture sector in Scotland. The call for views was opened on 24 June 2022. The deadline for making a submission is 17:00 on Friday 19 August 2022.
