Love Music are seeking 5 community choirs and 5 songwriters to be part of a new community engagement initiative, Love Singing.
This project celebrates the resilience of choirs and their communities and its aim is to promote and support creative, healthy singing communities across Scotland.
5 songwriters and 5 community choirs will join the initiative on a creative commissioning journey, to collaborate with each other and create 5 brand new, inspiring and adventurous pieces of music.
The songs will be accessible and inclusive and Love Singing will be making professionally recorded audio and video resources to support choir leaders with their teaching and choir members with their learning. Once published, the 5 songs and the resources will be freely available for any choir to use and sing.
