Congratulations to the 6 finalists of the BBC Radio Scotland Young Traditional Musician Award 2022.

The finalists are:

Breanna Wilson – fiddle (Glasgow)
Eryn Rae – fiddle (Scottish Borders)
Malachy Arnold – clarsach (Glasgow)
Malin Lewis – pipes (Skye)
Saffron Hanvidge – song (Inverness)
Sophie Joint – piano (Glasgow)
