Scottish Cabinet Secretary for Culture, Tourism and External Affairs, Fiona Hyslop MSP has stressed the centrality of cultural organisations in their ability to empower people during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In a comment for The Guardian today, she stresses that we must hold on to and embrace our creativity at this time while acknowledging the widespread challenges that exist across cultural organisations and for creative individuals.
