Douglas MacIntyre -
Douglas MacIntyre formed teenage existential group Article 58 and recorded their first and last single in 1981, produced by Postcard Records’ Alan Horne and Malcolm Ross, which promptly became a favourite of John Peel. Spent the remainder of the 80s and 90s being signed to major recording and publishing companies and working as a session musician and producer. Set up independent music arts company – The Creeping Bent Organisation – in 1994, with Creeping Bent artists going on to record around 20 sessions for John Peel. Since 2001 worked as a lecturer in Creative Industries at Stow College and University of the West of Scotland, whilst continuing to co-ordinate Creeping Bent and We Can Still Picnic.

Ally Gray –
Ally is Managing Director of EmuBands, a Glasgow-based digital distribution company, and is an industry mentor for the Music+ scheme. Graduating in 2002 with an MBA in Music Industries, Ally has experience in concert promoting and artist management and has been involved in digital distribution since 2004, a subject on which he lectures regularly.

Caroline Gorman –
Having previously worked at various record labels (EMI and an indie subsidiary of Sony/BMG), Caroline went on to work in the Events Management sector, organising various live music events and music industry roadshows before joining music production company, Rage Music Ltd in 2007, where she is now Head Of Music.
